and to Middle East countries. Your conservatory will be manufactured by
us in such color and design as required by you, and it will be packed
and despatched to you. The installation manuals are such that even amateurs
can easily understand. If you wish, a technical staff will be despatched
free of charge(*) to you for consulting purposes.

Q: When we inquire an offer from conservatory suppliers, generally the
window systems suppliers wish to sell their products to us by using
their own window systems. The suppliers in the market perform production
from window products under the name of conservatory. Are you a firm
of such nature?
A: The conservatory is a system which requires special expertise
from design to materials, production and installation technology. It
is not a system that could be manufactured by classical window suppliers.
This is actually the biggest mistake in the market, while ETA is a brand
name of conservatories. Design and manufacturing of ETA conservatories
are carried out by a team having architectural and engineering formation.
Beside all these, the door and window systems used on fronts of conservatories
are also produced at ETA's own facilities in special quality for conservatories.
Q: Do you produce your own conservatories? If not, from where are they
supplied?
A: ETA produces conservatories by using the special sections
imported by it from Germany and UK and the latest technologies. ETA
places a distinct importance to that all semi-finished products which
are used by it in its own systems be leading brands in their sectors,
having any kind of quality certificates. All products used have DIN,
EN, RAL, İFT,TÜV, ISO Quality Management Certificates.
Q: What kind of technology do you use in manufacturing conservatories?

A: ETA manufactures its products at its premises in İstanbul
by using the latest German technology and machinery pool. In this plant,
any requests of our customers are assessed by an experienced team having
architectural and engineering formation. ETA has an experienced team
in designig as well as in manufacturing and installation.
Q: What kind of information should I make available when inquiring an
offer? What is your offering period?
A: If you state your purpose of use and if possible, prepare
and send a drawing or a sketch showing the site dimensions, we can communicate
our offer to you within one day. If you agree our global offer, our
technical team will give a date to discuss details and will clearly
inform you about the necessary technical studies and the completion
time of works.
Q: What is the delivery time of conservatories?
A: Under normal conditions, your conservatory will be delivered
within 25 business days after signing of the contract. However, during
the periods of very busy manufacturing program, delivery time may rise
up to 45 days. Our net delivery time will further be indicated in our
offer according to our manufacturing and installation program.
Q: Are the costs of conservatories high?
A: The costs of conservatories are unexpectedly low relative
to the corresponding prices in Europe and in US. The relationship between
the price which you pay for and what you get in consideration thereof
